Option ONEWE COORDINATE Design and Implementation of your Media Strategy.
The We Coordinate option is designed for the busy entrepreneur, nonprofit leader or self employed person who knows he/she needs to consistently reach new customers, wants more exposure than current marketing budgets will allow, is committed to implementing low to no cost marketing and media strategies but prefers to have some outside help to get the new system running. Juana will work closely with your team to design and implement an external communication strategy to help you reach your ideal customers in greater numbers, affordably. The systems you implement during this process will give you a sustainable “turnkey” program that can be repeated and enhanced for ongoing growth.
We launch the yearlong We Coordinate program with a daylong, one-on-one session with you and/or a designated team member responsible for executing your plan. You will leave this session with an initial outline of your strategy and a schedule of phase one "first steps". We each have five business days to complete any "homework" resulting from the session.
In the second week, we meet in a two-hour session to review homework, making updates and revisions to your strategy. I will deliver your revised plan within 10 business days.
In our third meeting--a half-day session, we complete the implementation schedule for your strategy which includes three phases:
Phase 1 (three months) Phase one will lay the foundation for maintaining a consistent presence with media, customers, partners and prospects. This stage includes getting you and/or your team media-ready, setting priorities, designing and launching implementation of a 12-month media strategy compatible with your budget, goals, desired timelines and available human resources. In this phase, depending on program features you select, J-Hart Communications will:

Phase 2 (three months) - Continue outreach to the media, taking advantage of current events, fresh research and industry changes to create new opportunities and pitch ideas.
